Hi, I'm Dr. Benedict Heblich! Looking very much forward to getting to know you. I am the Head Coach &amp; Scientific Director of Vivid Ground GbR. Leveraging my Ph.D. from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), I lead pioneering initiatives in motivational psychology. My work is dedicated to supporting individuals and organizations in fostering intrinsic motivation and sustainable action using the Core Values Finder. In addition to my personal coaching practice, I am responsible for certifying other coaches worldwide in values-based coaching and Core Values Finder debriefing.
